ALL RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD (CC) ON FILE UNLESS THE TRIP IS PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. ANY REMAINING CHARGES/FEES WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR CC AT THE COMPLETION OF YOUR TRIP.
AIRPORT PARKING FEE IS $5 (FLL/PBI) $10 (Orlando) OR ACTUAL RATE CHARGED BY THE AIRPORT (HIGHER RATE WILL APPLY)
ALL SPECIALTY VEHICLES (VAN/ Sedan/SUV / HOURLY SERVICES, HAVE A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AT THE TIME THE RESERVATION IS MADE.
A HOLIDAY FEE ACCORDING TO VEHICLE TYPE WILL BE APPLIED ON SELECT HOLIDAYS (CALL US TO VERIFY FEES AND AVAILABILITY).
HOURLY MINIMUMS MAY APPLY TO ALL VEHICLE TYPES AND WILL VARY BASED ON THE TIME OF DAY/ DAY OF THE WEEK AND VEHICLE.
PLEASE REFRAIN FROM EATING OR DRINKING IN OUR VEHICLES. SMOKING IS ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED IN ANY OF OUR VEHICLES. ANY CLIENT IN VIOLATION OF THESE RULES WILL BE CHARGED A $200 CLEANING FEE.
THE CLIENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES TO ANY VEHICLE CAUSED BY THEM OR ANY OTHER PERSON IN THEIR GROUP
VEHICLES CAN NOT BE LOADED BEYOND SEATING CAPACITY. ARROYO TRANSPORTATION WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES ARISING FROM IMPROPERLY SEATED/STANDING PASSENGERS.
We can provide child safety seats for a small fee upon request ($20 per seat). The client, by renting a child safety seat understands and agrees that our drivers will provide the seat for safe installation by the customer. Drivers cannot complete installation but may assist as requested by the client.
Any clients riding with a pet companion will be charged an additional $25 fee.
Curbside pick-up can only be done at designated pick-up areas. We do not have any control regarding where airports/seaports allow for the legal collection of passengers and their luggage. We will do everything we can legally to conduct pick-ups in a quick and convenient manner for our clients.
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Reservations are not considered confirmed until a CC is on file or the trip has been pre-paid in full and acknowledged by an agent of Arroyo Transportation through an email confirmation. Reservations sent by email, text, left on a voicemail, or verbally given to drivers are not considered valid or confirmed until acknowledged by our reservation or management staff and a booking/confirmation number has been issued. We encourage our clients to review their confirmation message for accuracy of date, time (am/pm), pick up/drop off location, flight information, and any other detail pertinent to your transportation service.
Cancellation of reservations for transfer services occurring less than (12) hours prior to the scheduled pick up time will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 (SEDAN/SUV) to $100 (All specialty vehicles). Cancellations that occur less than (6) hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will result in charges for the full fare.
Reservations for hourly services require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of making the reservation. Cancellation of hourly services occurring less than (48) hours prior to the scheduled pick up time will result in an additional fee charged equal to (1) hour of the vehicle’s hourly rate.
Cancellations due to cancelled flights will not result in a cancellation fee unless the driver is en route or on location at the time of the cancellation.
Arroyo transportation LLC will not be responsible for delays resulting from unforeseeable traffic circumstances or road blockages, vehicle mechanical issues or weather conditions that make it unsafe for drivers or passengers. Arroyo Transportation will make all reasonable efforts to avoid such conditions and provide services without delay.
WAIT TIME OR ADDITIONAL STOP CHARGES
Wait time charges will be incurred starting 20 minutes after the scheduled pick up time at any location that is not the airport/seaport and will be calculated until all persons and their belongings are inside the vehicle and the trip has commenced.
Airport/seaport passengers will be subject to the same waiting time policy as above with the exception that they will be allowed higher waiting times at no charge. Waiting times will begin as soon as the airplane/ship has arrived. (1) hour waiting time allowed for domestic flights and (1) hour and 30 minutes for international flights. Seaport passengers will be allowed 30 minutes waiting time. We encourage our cruising clients to request late terminal pick up times to allow for any Customs processing delays.
We will be monitoring all arriving flights and delays caused by the airline prior to or during the flight to avoid wait time charges for our clients. Wait time charges incurred because of Customs clearing delays, lost luggage or late ship releases shall be the responsibility of the client as we have no control of such delays. Disputes regarding these fees and delays should be made through the airline, cruise line or other entity which caused the delays.
Wait time shall be calculated in 30 minute increments or any part of a 30 minute period at the hourly rate for each vehicle classification.
Each additional stop of 20 minutes or more will be charged $30 plus waiting time.
Any transfer service that goes over (2) hours from the time of pick up or flight/ship arrival to the time of drop off, will automatically turn into an hourly service trip.
